Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to contact our customer service via email at francois.vinas@atbbfv.com. Please include your order number and details of the product you wish to return in your email.

Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, Viñas Genève will refund the amounts paid by the customer, without any additional fees, except for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). Please note that after the 14-day period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Returns

The items provided by https://www.vinas-geneve.com are new. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items). Items should be returned to:

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the condition of the item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package at francois.vinas@atbbfv.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the defect. A photo of the defect may also help expedite the process.

Once we receive and verify the defective item, we will offer you either an exchange or a refund of the amount paid, including the return shipping costs. This process will be completed within 10 working days of receiving the defective item. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for defective items after the 14-day period.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the item and provide you with an update on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if exercising the right of withdrawal. In the case of a defective item, Viñas Genève will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
